Myopia (Nearsightedness)

Nearsightedness is a focusing problem in which you see objects that are near to you clearly, but objects that are farther away appear blurry. LASIK surgery can correct moderate nearsightedness (no more than -12.00 diopters). If you not qualify for LASIK, there are other surgical treatments like intraocular lenses (IOLs), PRK, LASEK or intracorneal rings.
